Honolulu Sunset Dinner Cruise

Within the price tier selected, seating is generally first-come, first-served as you arrive, although some planning is involved to ensure parties of different sizes can be accommodated, especially larger parties. Tables fit 2-8. Parties greater than 8 will be seated at immediately adjacent tables. 

There is the option when booking to choose to upgrade to a guaranteed private table by the window for $35-63 per person (also includes photos and other extras; more details in next FAQ below). You can add this upgrade at checkout after entering in your personal info. Otherwise, especially for smaller parties, seating is likely to be shared with others at a table and usually not along the window, although it really just depends on the makeup of parties on that specific day. The exception is the Signature Experience, where private table seating is guaranteed at no extra cost.

It is not possible to book separate packages/price tiers but still sit together, in part because each package is generally on a different deck.

You are able to explore the boat beyond the deck you are seated on, including the unobstructed observation deck (separate from the Signature room) at the top level with 360 degree views.

* Parties of 9+ usually are seated in the center which is better designed for larger parties sitting together; however, if you'd rather be split up into tables of 2-4 at the window, then you can choose an upgrade and make a note with your booking.

Both upgrades are available as an add-on for the Deluxe experience at checkout. For Signature, you are already guaranteed a private table, although you may still want to upgrade further for the additional benefits.

232 feet long, 45 feet wide, with 4 walk-around decks plus a 60 foot observation deck, it is the largest sunset dinner cruise ship on Oahu. It has full kitchens, bars, state-of-the-art sound systems, and restrooms on every deck. All the meals are prepared on the ship by the chefs & team, with most of the items cooked on the ship as well (exception is the chicken, which is cooked in advance and temperature maintained in cambros).

Check-in is 45 minutes prior, with festivities starting at 4:45 pm prior to the 5:30 pm departure. Hula dancers will be performing on the pier, and the bars will be open inside.

Yes, the boat has a ramp for embarking, plus 2 elevators onboard.

In terms of the transport service, if the guest is not able to walk on/off the bus on one's own or if the wheelchair is more than 50 lbs, please make a note at checkout so a lift bus can be arranged at least 48 hours in advance; note: guest + wheelchair would still need to be less than 500 lbs. Scooters are not compatible with the transport service.

Yes! While you can book a large group normally via the booking calendar above, if you are interested in a private space (note: pricing starts at a minimum 20-30 people), please email us. This ship will provide a memorable venue for your wedding function, corporate party, or other special occasion.

There are private dining rooms (the “Lounges”) on the ship, in addition to the large ballrooms. Private rooms can be for groups as few as 20-30 people to larger groups in the hundreds. 

Exclusive transportation for groups of 30+ can be arranged for $24 per person, or from Kahala or Ko Olina for $43 per person.

Chartering the entire boat is also possible, by booking 850-1,200 spots at the Deluxe level.

While there is plenty to keep you entertained and indulged on your level throughout the cruise and all decks have great views, you are welcome to explore the boat and its different levels, including the high observation deck on the upper deck.

Tips are not included and are completely at the discretion of the guest. If you enjoyed the service, feel free to leave a tip.

Yes, on Independence Day, the cruise starts later (6:15) and lasts 3 hours (to 9:15). Various fireworks displays onshore should be visible from the ship. Pricing for this longer festive cruise is:

On December 31, the late night cruise starts later (10:15 pm) and lasts 2.25 hours (to 12:30 am). Various fireworks displays onshore will be visible from the ship. New Year's Eve party favors and a celebratory atmosphere will be part of your memorable evening out on the water to ring in the new year. 

The packages are essentially the same as the normal cruise in terms of the full dinner menu, but the included drinks is one less than the normal cruise (so 1 included drink per person per package, plus the champagne toast). Note: the Celebration and Reception Upgrades on this date do not include the lei cake.

As usual, round-trip transportation can be added for $20/person more.
